The hotel boasts a central location 850 metres from the Samurai & Ninja Museum with Experience and 2.9 km from the Sanjusangen-do Temple. The Ritz-Carlton is nearly 5 minutes on foot from the Takase River and in close proximity to Kyoto Shiyakusho-mae underground station.
The property is also a mere 1.7 km from the fine and expansive kare-sansui Kennin-ji Garden and Kawaramachi Marutamachi bus station is 400 metres away.
